A Month From Today!!!

Well one month from today Joel and I will be on our way to Maui. I am so excited!!! I can't wait to get to Paradise. This will be a late honeymoon/ 1st anniversary trip for us. We were unable to go on a honeymoon after the wedding because I had to go back to school 4 days later and it just didn't seem worth it at the time so we decided we would just wait and go for our first anniversary.

Well we can't be more excited now, it has been a stressful first year with me in school and Joel working nights, not getting to spend as much time together as we wanted but now we will have a week in paradise all to ourselves.

I am looking forward to snorkeling, surfing, a luau, and just hanging out on the beautiful beaches. Joel just wants to get away and told me as long as we don't go diving he is game for anything.

Four Down, One To GO

Well I am all registered for my final year of university. That's right 10 more months and I will have my bachelor of applied science in Food and Nutrition. This is so exciting, I never thought this year was going to come. It has been a long a stressful road but I am so glad of the accomplishment I will have under my belt.

Well this year I am only required to take 7 courses instead of ten which I am thrilled about, so I will be taking three courses from September to December and then four courses from January to April. Hopefully this will allow me to enjoy some more free time outside of school and with Joel as last year I didn't have much time for anything.
